Going away for the winter or an extended vacation? Own a summer home that's left vacant over several months? At WPHS we'll customize our services specific to your needs. Tell us about your property and we’ll build a custom checklist with scheduled home checks. Our home checks are inspections that include a basic check of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, as well as the overall condition of your home and property. We’ll be on the lookout for signs of leaks, pests and mold- all of which can be present in unoccupied homes. If we find an issue or potential problem, we’ll immediately notify the homeowner. WPHS will resolve the issue using established, local vendors or the homeowner can instruct WPHS on how to proceed. With a trained eye and scheduled home checks we’re out to create a presence in the home adding a level of security to your vacant home. We’ll generate and send a summary report after each home check.
